Upload a video to an ad

/advertising/v1.0/ads/:adId/videos/

Endpoint for uploading videos. The request timeout is 10 minutes. The "Content-Type" header must be "multipart/form-data". The "Content-Length" header must contain the file size in bytes. Due to the limitations of our cloud provider, the maximum file size is 32 MB.
